集束化护理策略在ICU患者压疮管理中应用观察

Abstract: 目的探讨集束化护理策略在重症加强护理病房（ICU）患者压疮管理中的效果。方法 100例压疮高危患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规压疮护理,观察组则接受集束化护理,2周后比较两组患者的压疮发生率。结果观察组的压疮发生情况及严重程度明显低于对照组,观察组压疮发生时间明显迟于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在ICU患者压疮管理中应用集束化护理策略,有助于降低患者的压疮发生率及其严重程度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
