肠道菌群与糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病研究进展

【摘要】 肠道菌群可调节toll样受体、血清支链氨基酸(BCAA)水平、胰高血糖素样肽等,参与糖尿病发病。法尼酯衍生物受体(FXR)基因与肠道菌群共同参与导致肥胖,减重可影响肠道菌群。肠道菌群可致血脂升高、非酒精性脂肪性肝病。近年来研究证明肠道菌群与肥胖、2型糖尿病和其他代谢性疾病有密切联系,但是其因果关系不清楚,肠道微生物在这些疾病发生发展中所起的作用及具体机制仍需进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Gut microbiota regulated toll-like receptor,serum level of branched chain amino acid,and glucagon-like peptide and thus participated in the development of diabetes.Farnesoid X receptor and gut microbiota caused obesity,and weight loss affected gut microbiota.Gut microbiota might lead to an increase in blood lipid and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Recent studies have shown that gut microbiota is closely associated with metabolic diseases including obesity and type 2 diabetes,but the causal relationship remains unknown.Further studies are needed to investigate the role and mechanism of intestinal microflora in the development and progression of these diseases.
