五种中药对蛋白质非酶糖基化的抑制作用

【摘要】 观察了葛根、柴胡、地黄、人参和麦门冬5种药物对人血清白蛋白和大鼠晶状体蛋白的非酶糖基化的抑制作用。实验结果表明,除麦门冬外的4种药物对两种蛋白质的糖基化均有不同程度的抑制作用。对于人血清白蛋白糖基化,各种药物抑制率分别是对照组的;40%,43%,26%,30%和0;对于大鼠晶状体蛋白的糖基化,其抑制率分别是对照组的:46%、30%、33%、31%和0。实验结果提示,在这些中药中(除麦门冬外)可能存在着较有应用前景的蛋白非酶糖基化抑制剂成分。

【Abstract】 The inhibitory effect of five Chinese herbs(radix puerariae,radix bupleuri,radix rehmanniae, radix ginseng and radix ophiopogonis) on the glycation of human serum albumin (HSA) and rat lensprotein was observed in vitro. The results showed different degrees of inhibitory effect in all herbs exceptradix ophiopogonis on non-enzymatic glycation of HSA and lens protein. The inhibitory rate of the 4 herbson glycation for HSA was 40%, 43%, 26%, 30% respectively of 0 percent in control. For lens protein itwas 46%, 305, 33%, 31 % respectively of 0 percent in control. These results suggest that these herbs maybe used as inhibitor of glycation prospectively.
