我国社区高血压健康教育评价研究现状

【摘要】 社区高血压健康教育评价研究是促进健康教育质量持续改进和项目实施效益提升的重要基础。本文通过对国内社区高血压健康教育评价研究文献进行梳理,发现我国社区高血压健康教育目前存在的主要问题:虽然各地区开展了大量的社区高血压健康教育项目,但是针对这些项目的评价研究还相对较少;缺少针对社区卫生服务人员的健康教育及评价;特别是社区高血压健康教育的需求性评价和过程评价研究更处于空白阶段;我国社区高血压健康教育效果或结果评价指标不全面;社区高血压健康教育评价研究方法单一。本文在借鉴国外同类研究方法和成果的基础上,探讨如何对我国社区高血压健康教育项目进行全面、系统地评价研究,促进我国社区高血压健康教育项目的规范化管理,使更多的高血压患者、高危人群以及社区群众受益。

【Abstract】 Evaluation of health education for hypertensive patients in community is the foundation of the continuing quality improvement of health education program on hypertension in community.The aim of this article was to review the current status of evaluation research studies of health education for hypertenive patients in community in China and discover the main is-sues that need future research.Through literature review,we found that though there were lots of health education programs for hypertensive patients in community,the relative evaluations,including the evaluations on the needs for the program,the imple-mentation process of the program,and the effects of the program,were rare; the evaluation index system was not complete; and the methods of evaluation were not diversified.Through reviewing the advanced research on this issue in other countries,we dis-cussed how to evaluate the health education programs for hypertensive patients in community systematically and comprehensively,and promote the standardized management of these programs.
